Eric B. Averette, LICSW-PIP, is the Director of the Parker Counseling Center. He earned a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Alabama (1995), an M.S.S.W. in social work from the University of Tennessee (2002), and an M.A. in Biblical Studies from the University of the Cumberlands (2022).

He is a licensed counselor and has provided mental health and substance abuse treatment services in Calhoun County since 2002. Eric specializes in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, and substance use disorders. He also helps couples and families work through relationship and parenting issues. 

Eric and Stacy have been married for over 37 years, and have 3 married children and 2 grandchildren.

Stacy Averette, Ed.D., is a personal coach and the business manager of PCC. She earned a B.A. degree from Samford University (1988), an M.A.C.E. (1991) and a Doctorate (1997) from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. In 2016, she earned her certification as a personal life coach.

Stacy helps women get clarity about who they are and their purpose in life so that they can impact their world and create a life they love. She believes a biblical mindset is the key to overcoming anxiety and fear, setting and reaching goals, and thriving in every season and circumstance.

Eric and Stacy have been married for over 37 years, and have 3 married children and 2 grandchildren.

W. Peck Mallory, Jr., D.M.D., M.A.C., earned a B.S. degree in Biology from Birmingham-Southern College (1977). He attended UAB School of Dentistry and received a D.M.D. in 1982. For over 30 years, he practiced general dentistry treating three generations of patients and their families. 

In 2017, he received the degree, Master of Arts in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary.

Dr. Mallory believes scripture addresses every problem and need of the human heart. 

He and Mary have been married for over 40 years. They have 4 adult children and 4 grandchildren.
